Embed a FOB, CIF or Landed Cost Calculator on Your Site

Every calculator on FOB Calc can be put on your own pages with one line of HTML. Free, no signup, no API key, nothing to install, nothing to keep up to date.

How it works

Add ?embed=1 to a calculator URL and frame that URL. In embed mode the page drops its navigation, footer and cookie banner, so your readers get the calculator and nothing else — same figures, same formulas, same behaviour as the full page.

The embed carries one small bar at the bottom linking back to the same calculator on fobcalc.com. That bar is the only condition of use.

See it before you commit to it: /?embed=1 or /cif-calculator?embed=1.

Copy a snippet

Click a box to select it, then copy. These heights suit a full-width frame on a desktop; for a narrow column, take the number from the table below instead.

What height to use

An iframe has the height you give it, so it will not grow with its content. These are the real document heights of the embedded calculators, measured in Chrome on 2026-09-21 at three page widths, rounded up:

Calculator 1200 px wide 768 px wide 360 px wide

Between those widths the height falls between the two neighbouring numbers. A visitor's browser zoom, or a larger default font size in their browser, makes any of these taller — round up. If you would rather not reserve that much space, give the iframe a smaller height and the calculator scrolls inside the frame instead.

What the embed does, and does not do

  • No cookie is set by the embed, and no advertising or analytics script runs on these pages today. If that ever changes it will be described on the privacy page first.
  • The numbers a visitor types stay in their browser. Every calculator on this site is computed client-side — nothing is submitted anywhere, and no request leaves the page while you use it.
  • No popups, no signup prompts, no email wall in the frame.
  • The embed does not read anything about the page it sits in — a cross-origin iframe cannot. If you would rather not pass a referrer at all, add referrerpolicy="no-referrer" to the iframe tag.
  • Corrections and clearer wording are made in place, so they reach your readers on their next load. The calculator URLs themselves are stable; if one ever has to move, the old address will redirect.
